User Responsibilities

Fees and Payment
Our service fees cover the trademark support we provide. Government filing fees charged by the USPTO are entirely separate and are paid directly by you to the USPTO at the time of filing. We do not collect or hold government fees on your behalf. Key payment terms:

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note:
- Search services are non-refundable once the search has been completed
- Refunds are not available after your application has been filed
- Government filing fees paid directly to the USPTO are non-refundable
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Federal Filing Trademark or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Federal Filing Trademark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
